Diodon in San Diego - Subs and Tender - Part 1 close up

Close up of view from Diodon across neighboring sub towards tender (likely USS Sperry) with 7 subs alongside. 

It could be the USS Sperry, AS 12, since a "2" is visible on the bow.  USS Bushnell, AS 2, which it could not be, was decommissioned in 1937.

Also, it is most unlikely to be the USS Nereus, AS 17, due to the "2" on the bows.
