James:

Here is what I have:

Frank’s daughter Scheryl called me back with the following info:  Frank had a massive heart attack Monday morning 1/10/2004.  Per Frank’s wishes they are only having a short graveside service at 1400 on Friday, 1/14/2004 at the Forest Hill Memorial Park

The address is 3301 E. Forest Hill Avenue, Oak Creek, WI  53154. (414) 762-4446.  The funeral home assisting the family is Stephens, Corey-Molthen-Bell & Sons, 700 Milwaukee Ave, South Milwaukee, WI  53172 (414) 762-0154.

Members of the Great Lakes Base will be in attendance.  The Base Chaplain will say a prayer.  Frank was a plank-owner and very active in the Great Lakes Base since commissioning.

All I have is that Frank qualified in 1960 on Diodon as a CS3(SS).  Also I have attached the obit.
