Have been extremely impressed with ALL of your web site, both the Diodon part
and the rest as well. I share your politics.
I joined Diodon the same week as Capt Duke, at Bangor Washington. Will have to
check the date. I was LTJG at the time. Stayed there to qualify, and made a very
interesting Westpac run, with 3 Specops. Left upon return to SD, as I had
qualified on the trip. Then went to USS James Madison, SSBN 627 Gold.
I have been in touch with the following in recent months: Jay Cohen (now an
Admiral), Logan Chance (retired), and Chuck Wasmuth (living in California).
I would like to see you continue this work, and perhaps can help add more info.
