I will look at my original orders. I probably reported in 1968 because I was in Key West going to "A" school and then left sub school to go Mare Island from there. I will send you the exact dates when I get back to Washington. I am on travel in Rhode Island today.

I reported to Diodon while in Mare Island as a TMSN(SU). I left at decom. as a TM2(SS). I worked for Stanley Swedbloom and Wally Levander in the after room. At decomm I was in charge of the after room while Shorts Johns ran the forward room.
