Please help get the word out to former Submariners. There are so
many who are already well trained to help deal with the effects of
weapons of mass destruction ("WMD").
Starting right after December 7, 1941, our fellow Submariners took the
fight to the Japanese, thereby allowing the United States to ramp up to
the war effort. In 1955, along came nuclear power -- in 1959 there
was "41 for Freedom" that became so successful at
winning the cold war. Today, our services are needed once again at
the forefront of this new WMD attack on America.
Please join me in rounding up all the Submarine folks we can that could
assist in local, regional or even national training and supervision of
others. Anyone trained in Decon is an ideal person. There
are fifty states and a couple of possessions. Former Submariners are in
all. We need to get them on the net talking to each other and
organizing into local and regional groups.
I will add their names to my rapidly expanding list for updates. Please
do the same with mine. I just spent a week in Washington, DC.
In the information business you are in now, you are painfully
aware that we are ill prepared to handle the potential onslaught of mass
casualties and especially those people who are contaminated. We must
help those contaminated be treated and yet stay away from medical
facilities so that those facilities do not become contaminated and
thereby unusable.
Very truly yours,
