I recently purchased a picture (8x18) of what looks like a WWI photo of sailors
with 2 officers at the Naval Torpedo Station, Newport, RI.
I was wondering if I sent you a pic could you tell me something about it? Maybe who the officers are.
1 is a Lt. the other is a bigshot, eagles on the collars and scrambled eggs on brim of hat.
Thanks
JIM
