I joined the TM Assoc last year. I did send him a request of a sort of the database for some of the zip codes in this area to see if we could shake the trees with TM's from this area who maybe interested in joining the USSVI Dolphin Base (http://dolphinsubvets.com) . No response! Now I wondering if he got the message as I got one from him that my dues were coming up for renewal.

After TMA school, the whole class except one guy was sent to tenders, & my first was the Bushnell, AS-15, I was putting in SR Chits about one a week to go to sub school, then got my request to go to pre-comm., detail of the Hunley, AS-31 approved, which I did, & once commissioned, brought the ship over to Holy Loch, Scotland, & was there another year, finally got my orders to sub school early 64. Then was first sent to Launcher school at GMS Dam Neck as I was heading to the SSBN world & scheduled for the Missile Compartment. Did give pee calls to the watch standers in the TR, since I was qualified in both spaces.

Found a Scots lassie to marry before I put in the request for sub school & we then really had to speed the process up a notch as JFK's death & Thanksgiving got in the way & all the processing came to a halt. Got a pre-message OK back the day before the wedding was to happen, or we were SOL.
