Vietnam Vets who are and have been suffering from Agent Orange Exposure for
years, without the VA contacting them to let them know that WE were exposed to a
deadly and life altering poison, have been delt another low blow.
There is a class Action Suit being brought against the makers of Agent Orange, however the 80 year old Federal Judge who presides over this case, Does not believe that Agent Orange is harmful. He is no doubt aligned with the makers of the Poison and determined to stop us from getting any compensation at all.
This is a travesty that should not go unnoticed.. If a veteran is determined to be suffering from Agent Orange the VA will after in my case almost 3 years of filling grant the Veteran disability. But only back to when the veteran files with the VA...
The VA knew about AO for over 25 years and never once contacted Vets.
Something should be done
