Memorial Day Prayer

As you remember those of our Armed Forces who gave their all for our nation and its peoples, and the constitution which forms us, may the Good Lord bless each of you and keep you in his care.

Almighty God, Creator of all living beings, hold the men and women of our Armed Forces in your loving hands. Protect them as they protect us. Bless them and their families. Bless, as well, all the innocent peoples of all lands affected by war and senseless acts of violence. We ask this in the name of Jesus, our Lord and Savior. Amen.
