Action Alert: Veterans Improvement Act
The Veterans Improvement Act of 2004 would improve and update several VA education and housing programs, including increasing the maximum amount of housing loan guarantee to $83,425 from $60,000.

This change in guarantee will increase no-down payment VA guaranteed home loan limits from $240,000 to $333,700.
