Greetings Woodrow Wilson Alumni,

I'm sadden to announce the passing of one of our true Warriors, Penny Joyce Polk (Neal) class of 1970.

The Lord calld her home on October 24, 2008. Penny's services were held at St. John Missionary Baptist Church.

I had the opportunity to meet Penny at the 2002 reunion and talk with her later in the year. She has a beautiful spirit and
was full of life. She was featured in the reunion dvd along with her classmates reliving her ROTC drill team routine.
Penny was wearing a fitted white dress.

A memorial service will be held in her honor on the Howard-University campus this Saturday. The details are listed below.
